Baby Edam

Gouda cheese - large

Packing Covered in yellow paraffin layer. On request the old cheeses can be given a black crust.

Gouda cheese - small

Packing The Edam Rindless is sealed vacuum without crust and packed in red cryovac. The Gouda Rindless is packed in yellow cryovac.
Both cheeses can be packed in transparent foil.

All cheese shipments are sampled by COKZ, the Netherlands controlling authority for Milk and Milk products. (under government supervision)
